The spaceThe cottage is set back about 25m from the High Street so although still right in the heart of the town is quiet and peaceful . There is also rear access to the cottage from The Terrace where there is free parking.
Aldeburgh is the jewel in the crown of Suffolk's Heritage coast but is also perfectly located to visit Snape Maltings , Southwold, Orford, Dunwich and Minsmere.

The cottage is fully equipped with top of the range appliances including dishwasher , Nespresso coffee machine, high speed fibre broadband and BT TV with BT Sport.
The property is accessed at the front by a private pedestrian gate on the High Street and a short path (25m) to the front door . There are six steps up to the front door.
The rear entrance is via The Terrace . There are steps (quite steep) down to the back door.
Inside, taller guests will need to be careful going through the doorways and the stairs are narrow and quite steep (traditional cottage) so may not be suitable for all .
